The location was wonderful and perfect for a great stay, as it was very close to a tram station and only 4 km from Preston Docks.

The location was amazing and perfect as it was close to a metro station. This hotel was located in an industrial area. Booked a twin room, that included a mini-bar, satellite TV and climate control. Private bathroom was neat.

I had a great time at this hotel! First of all, the location was perfect for me. It might not be in a touristy area, but it was great because it meant I could find great prices for food and drinks. The hotel is also right across the metro station, making it really convenient to get around the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Semih. They assisted me in arranging transportation to and from the airport at a very reasonable price. Lastly, the rooms were just like the pictures, with two separate beds. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a nice added perk.
I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about during my stay. Everything was okay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Semi, the front desk manager. The location is excellent, right in front of the metro and close to everything. We could easily access multiple areas of the city using the nearby YeniKapi metro station and bus stop. The hotel is newly renovated with a lovely modern design. The breakfast was great, with a set menu that reduced food waste and provided just the right portions. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.
